IDisplay Digital Notice board being used in many industries throughout the World. It is being used as a Powerful tool to present the various things to your visitors/Employees at different locations around the globe.

It comprises of three components:

• Server Application: This application is a content management application which user can run on browsers and is installed on the server which is accessed through a secured channel. This application enables the administrator to create, preview and publish the content to the display systems which can deliver messages to targeted specific locations for specific times.
• Device: This is the device (Nano Set up Box) where client application is installed and this device connects to the LCD/LED TV screens or any type of Display screen (weather indoor or outdoor) using HDMI port.
• Client Application: This is an Android Device Application, which is accessing data from the server based application and getting updated with in fraction of minutes. So if there is any change made on server side , it refreshes the Content on client side Display board for Online Solution.

• Division of Screen in different panels: On one screen all together with different schedules. Divisionof the screen in different panels and each panel has its different schedule.
• Preloaded Library : Preloaded Library of 365 Inspirational/Motivational Quotation, Holiday Messages, Images, templates etc. and can also be extended further.
• Promote National language: by displaying “Word of Day and Thought for the day ". Automatically change on daily basis.
• Quick Ticker: Display text message for announcements, Organization news, achievements, welcome message, RSS Feeds etc.
• Display: Images, video and Text message or notices , ppt , pdf, jpeg with respect to some events, workshops trainings etc.
• Share wishes: Share messages Birthday Wishes, retirement day etc. Scheduler for Birthdays and can be uploaded once in a format specified.
• Events/Festivals: All major Indian festival images and messages will display on that particular day. Display officially approved conferences updates, Organization new achievement or scheme launchings.
• Online URL: Enter online url and show webpage on the screen in any panel.
• Create Images/Notices: Can customize and create the images using server application.
• Weather Forecast displayed in one of the panel of screen.
• Text editor inbuilt in the server application to display text messages and highlight the same.
• Role and user based permissions for admin and users to manage the application and schedule the content.

Different Versions:

It is available two versions:

• Offline-Single location: which includes Android device and Client Application. To update need to attach keyboard and mouse.
• Online-Multiple Location: includes Server Application, Client Application and Android Device. Can be managed remotely.

Case Study:

• India Habitat Centre: Integrating the organization system with IDisplay Digital Notice Board Software Solution to display solar power production readings and consumption parameters. It also show cases the energy conservation tips.
• NALCO: The IDisplay Digital Notice Board Solution enables organizations to upload data and reports in Excel format, with specific formats defined prior to deployment. An aluminum production plant has implemented this solution to display daily parameters and reports on screens, with the entire setup installed within the plant using semi-outdoor displays.
• Book My Show: The solution is also customized for the organization to display live updates of IPL matches, with information being updated remotely from the stadium.
• Physical Research Laboratory: Provided the solution in research laboratory which comes under dept of space with the feature of text editor and customization for highlighting the text and can also features of Marker, Bold , Italic and other features to update text like doc.
• BHEL: A solution was provided for 20 locations across India (BHEL offices), with all content centrally managed from the head office. This setup allows for different types of content to be displayed on screens at various offices. Additionally, sub-admin roles were created to grant branch users specific access rights to update particular sections on the screens.
